-I cashed out $216.40 worth of Ibonds last month and transferred it to the house fund. Cashed out $16,013.06 of Ibonds this month and next month I will cash-out the rest. The rates on the Ibonds have dropped below 4% and I can get almost 5% in our large CD.
-We received $1950 of our deposit back from our old rental agency and I put that in the house fund.
